The name of the game was tennis and it was an affair for all ages - no tennis ability was needed!
The first 100 participants who registered and attended received a t-shirt, water bottle, and had the chance to win some other tennis goodies — such as a US Open bag or two junior racquets.
Not only was there tennis, but we had basketball, an obstacle course presented by Focused Movement Academy, Event Nerds and Oscar Hernandez, as well as a game truck for the children to enjoy video games.
The event ended with an awards ceremony where we awarded our children in our Summer Camp with completion certificates.
Thank you, USTA Florida, for believing in us - our children, our work and our community. You saw something in us that led to this great event. To see our children and families embrace tennis in love and community proves that we are just scratching the surface. We look forward to this partnership for years to come.
